Bicyclist dies after being hit by car at Memorial Park
A bicyclist died after being struck by a car while riding at Memorial Park on Monday night.
The bike rider was hit about 7:30 p.m. along the 6700 block of Memorial Drive.
Houston police said it appears the rider was struck while in the intersection.

The motorist was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
Police are investigating the crash. They said it wasn't clear who had the right of way or if impairment was an issue.
Officers said they did not know the identities of the bicyclist or the motorist.
