30-year-old man killed in crash on South Main
HOUSTON –- Police said a 30-year-old man died in a late-night crash on S. Main at Beltway 8 South on Tuesday.
The young man was not wearing a seatbelt, the Houston Police Department said.
The crash happened around 10:15 p.m. when two cars collided at an
intersection. Police said one of the drivers ran a red light, causing
The other driver involved in the wreck was not seriously injured. Police
questioned him at the scene, and they said there were no signs of
alcohol being a factor in the crash.
It was not immediately clear which driver ran the red light, police said.
