Amanda Hoffman, a recent Texas A&M University graduate who was injured last month in a car accident, has reportedly died.
According to the Amanda Hoffman Condition Update page on Facebook,
the 23-year-old died Thursday after undergoing surgery June 3 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.
Hoffman had been a patient in the medical center's neurology critical
care unit since the accident May 17, according to the update page.
Hoffman and two other A&M students were traveling to a water ski
tournament in North Carolina, when their car went off the road near
Jackson, Miss., according to kbtx.com.
She was planning to attend the University of Houston Law Center this fall, KBTX reported.
